The ABSIP, 27four Investment Managers and BlackRock global skills development partnership enters its 7th year and focuses on enhancing the expertise of Black investment professionals in the management of global assets through practical, hands-on global training.
The partnership selects two investment professionals annually to participate in courses offered by the BlackRock Educational Academy. These courses are tailored to the specific skill set of each professional, aiming to amplify their talents. The participants are chosen from the winner’s pool of the annual ABSIP Financial Sector Awards and the 27four Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Asset Manager Program (DEI AMP).
Since 2016, the partnership has provided the opportunity to 12 particpants, including Mazi Capital’s Malungelo Zilimbola, Kelebogile Moloko from Prowess Investment Management and Moushmi Patel from private equity firm Sanari Capital.
We can’t wait to share Nomathibana’s journey in New York and Mitesh’s journey in London, respectively. Check out our LinkedIn pages for updates.
